the hotel was fairly clean and the room was big. there were central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge in the room, liked that. the location was excellent, not very far from yubatake. located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were superbly friendly and very helpful.

The staff was ready to assist, supper friendly people. The bathroom was wonderful and the room itself spacious. Had a buffet breakfast, found it to be marvellous.

Traditional hotel, free shuttle service, nice outdoor onsen, friendly staff, good breakfast with local ingredients, reasonable price.

The hotel provided us with an awesome buffet breakfast. the atmosphere created at the hotel was very family-friendly. - the venue is conveniently close to the ski area, Yubatake, and just a short walk from the main street.

The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was very convenient, making it easy for us to visit the main attractions and the ski area. we were pleased with the gaming area and the onsen, especially the outdoor bath, which was a great way to relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

Although the hotel was within walking distance to the town, the building appeared rundown and in need of some repairs. some of the staff were not very accommodating, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

The hotel provided shuttle service to all the major sightseeing places, including the ski area and the city center, which made transportation very convenient. The staff was very helpful and guided me with all of my queries. The onsen and open-air bath were wonderful, and the outdoor onsen was my favorite part.

Our stay at Kusatsu-Onsen Hotel Resort was enjoyable despite a few drawbacks. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus service to the Yubatake and ski area, making it convenient for exploring the local attractions. The breakfast, made with local ingredients, was delicious, and we appreciated the effort to support local businesses. The outdoor onsen was a relaxing experience, although it was smaller than expected. Despite language barriers, the staff, especially the shuttle bus driver, was friendly and made an effort to assist us. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

The resort is conveniently located in a slope apart from the main street, providing a quiet atmosphere for relaxation. It offers shuttle buses to the ski area and all major sightseeing places, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the rooms are clean and tidy, with attentive staff providing great service. the onsen and open air bath are also wonderful facilities to enjoy.

Some aspects of the property require maintenance and touching up, which can be disappointing.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at a traditional Japanese, style hotel. the onsen facilities were amazing, and we particularly enjoyed the open, air bath. the shuttle bus was very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. We also appreciated the complimentary deodorant spray in our room.

The smoking was an issue for us, as the rooms were not completely odor, free. It would have been nice to have designated non, smoking rooms.
